San Juan Capistrano Summer Camp

summer camp san juan capistranoDo you need a summer camp located in San Juan Capistrano for your little ones? The Boys and Girls Club Summer Camp San Juan Capistrano offers parents a way to keep their kids active and engaged while ensuring they stay safe, happy, and healthy over summer break.

The curriculum for the Summer Camp San Juan Capistrano program incorporates Summer Brain Gain and STEM related programs. These programs help to significantly reduce summer learning loss in your child. Most children lose skills learned throughout the school year, making it harder for them to resume learning when school starts back up several weeks later. Our Summer Camp San Juan Capistrano programs are designed to ensure your child’s brain stays actively engaged over summer break.

A healthy and nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack will be provided every day of Summer Camp San Juan Capistrano. Children will be able to participate in Triple Play outdoor activities and, for an additional cost, participate in fun field trips or a co-ed baseball and soccer league.

Enrollment cost: $400 per child

We offer payment plans to fit the needs of every family and active duty military or F/R Lunch Program families receive a 75% discounted fee of $100 per child when they register for the Boys and Girls Club Summer Camp San Juan Capistrano.  Schedule: The program starts June 5th and ends on August 18th. The facility is open for pick up and drop off from Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 6:00 pm.

San Juan Capistrano

San Juan Capistrano was originally a Spanish mission located in the well-known and popular summer vacation destination of Orange County, California. In 1775, the town was founded by Father Lasuen. San Juan Capistrano became the seventh of 21 missions to be founded in the Alta region of California. In 1821, Mexico won its independence from Spain, making Alta California a Mexican territory. Soon after, the land was divided and sold to 20 different Californian families. The US government acquired California when they won the Mexican-American War in 1848. San Juan Capistrano has a petting zoo, wilderness park, and golf club for people of all ages to enjoy. Surprisingly, the San Juan Capistrano library is a main attraction. The library was designed by Michael Graves. Newsweek magazine called the library “the first authentic postmodern masterpiece.”
